MEET OUR COACH

Pia started climbing at The Rock Oasis over 18 years ago. She was a member of the Canadian National Climbing Team for 7 years competing in bouldering, lead, and speed disciplines. After having had the incredible opportunity to travel the world competing in Climbing World Youth Championships and IFSC World Cups for so many years, Pia decided to explore other aspects of the sport. In 2020, Pia attained the first female ascent of two V10 boulders at her local crag and shifted her focus to outdoor climbing. Through her work as Head Coach at The Rock Oasis, Pia aims to not only share everything she has learned, but to help others find empowerment through climbing in the same way she did.
