This course caters to newcomers to the sport who want to learn the basics of our gym and indoor climbing. Throughout the course you will learn everything from the terminology to etiquette. A course tailored for the novice who wants to feel at home in the gym and to kick-start their climbing progression. This course is taught as a private or semi private. Prerequisite Introductory Climbing Lesson or equivalent.
Have you found yourself ‘plateaued’? We will analyse your technique and recommend strategies for improvement. Topics include advanced movement, efficiency, goal setting, route strategies and performance issues. This course is taught as a private or semi private. Prerequisite Basic Technique or equivalent.

Ready to make the move from top-rope to lead? This course teaches you the basics of lead climbing in the gym. Lead climbing provides freedom, focus and fulfillment: It’s like rediscovering the thrill of your first climb! This course is taught in groups of 2 and over two 2 hour sessions. Prerequisne 5.8 on top rope.
Gym to Crag
This course covers the basics of single pitch sport climbing for the outdoors. Topics include sport anchors, rappelling and route cleaning. This course is taught in groups of 2 and over two 2 hour sessions. Prerequisite Lead Climbing or equivalent.
